Warm Hubs
In light of the rising cost of living and concerns around the affordability of heating the home during the winter months, a series of warm hubs have been set up across Torfaen to support those most affected.
The council is hosting warm hubs at all libraries across Torfaen, as well as one at Panteg House in Griffithstown, which is run by Torfaen Employability Team and serves up a free hot meal and drink.
At the hubs, residents can expect to relax in a warm setting, socialise with others and receive support from a range of services.
Warm hubs at Torfaen Libraries operate within normal opening hours, which can be found here:
The Panteg House Warm Welcome runs every Wednesday, from 10am - 12pm.
There has also been a number of warm hubs set up by third sector organisations, community projects and businesses, most of which can be found by visiting the Connect Torfaen website.
