You can make a payment online. Please use your Application reference number or the address where works are being carried out as a reference.

 Alternatively, payments can be made by

• Debit/credit card over the phone on 01633 647300
• Cheque - All cheques to be made payable to: Torfaen County Borough Council

 Please note

• Cash payments should not be sent through the post
• For the application to be validated, the total fee applicable to the application must be deposited with the application
