Public Health and Safety - Out of Hours Service

We offer a limited out-of-hours service to deal with emergency public health and safety issues, although this would not generally cover normal issues that could wait until the next working day.

The service responds to issues such as major accidents at work where someone has been seriously injured or killed, or food poisoning outbreaks.

If you think there is an emergency that we should be dealing with, you can contact our service by telephoning 01495 762200. The officer taking the call will advise on whether we are able to assist you.

If you want to pass on a message, request a service or ask us to investigate a complaint at any time, you can e-mail us and we will respond as quickly as possible.
