Young people's housing support

We offer specialist housing support for young people aged between 16 and 24 who are worried about their housing situation. We can help with:

• Mediation to help you continue to live with family members
• Support from our Young Person's Housing Officer
• Specialist supported accommodation

Homelessness support

If you are a young person at risk homelessness, or already living in temporary accommodation, you can get immediate support from our Housing Solutions Service. To contact them, email housingsolutions@torfaen.gov.uk or call 01495 742303 / 742301.

You will be asked about your housing situation and receive tailored support based on your needs. 

If you are 16 or 17 years old or a care leaver aged 21 and under, you may be referred to Torfaen Young Persons Support Service (TYPSS). This can be accessed by the duty phone line on 01633 647525.
