The services can help with:
- Setting up/maintaining a tenancy
- Advice on housing issues
- Manage rent/bill payments
- Financial support and claiming benefits
- Access to education, training, or work opportunities
Housing-related support does not include counselling, personal or care services, and shopping or gardening services.
The service can help if you are experiencing housing issues due to:
- Domestic abuse
- Mental health
- Drug & alcohol dependency
- Learning disabilities
- Physical disabilities
We can also help young people aged 16-24 and Gypsies Travellers struggling to find or maintain a home.
To be referred to a service:
Housing Support Gateway referral form
A person can complete a referral on your behalf.
An advisor will contact you within 2 to 4 weeks to assess your suitability for the service and commence support.
