Return of Equipment

If you have received equipment from Social Services following a specialist occupational therapy assessment and wish to return it please contact the Disabled People’s Service on 01495 762200.

All other equipment such as walking aids, wheelchairs, hospital beds please refer to be agency that originally supplied equipment.

Recycling Equipment
