Summer jobs with the Play Service
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated people to join our summer play provisions across Torfaen. These include playschemes, food and fun camps, activity camps, play and respite sessions and play in the park sessions.

Apprentice, work placement and training opportunities
We currently work in partnerships with training providers such as ACT and ITEC offering work-based placements and on the job learning. We also host apprenticeship placements.
Play Awareness Training is available free of charge to be delivered to schools and community groups
Work experience, college and university placements are also available.

Volunteering with the Play Service
The Play Service is currently looking for volunteers aged 16+ to support our summer playschemes. Your role will entail working as part of a team to provide play opportunities.

All volunteers are entitled to claim expenses £15 per day towards their food and travel.
All volunteers will be supported to complete training.
All volunteers will be eligible to be provided with a reference of their playscheme experience to support them in future employment and study.
