Carer's Card

Do you care for someone who loves to read but is unable to visit a library due to ill health or disability? Could you deliver library books to them? Then why not visit your local library and apply for a Carer’s Card?

With a Carer’s Card you can borrow a total of 50 items for yourself and the person you care for. Advantages include no overdue charges should you keep your books late and the first 3 week loan period free for talking books. Subsequent weeks for talking books are charged at the usual rate.

If you are not currently a library member you will be asked to provide proof of your name and address.
