If you spot an abandoned trolley you should initially contact the relevant store. If they do not respond within 24 hours, contact Trolleywise
If you see an abandoned vehicle on council owned land, please contact us so that we can arrange for its removal
If you find a dead animal on public land you can report it to us here
If you are served a Fixed Penalty Notice by Torfaen County Borough Council or anyone acting on our behalf, but you disagree that you have committed an offence, you can appeal
To report incidents of fly-tipping or to report fly-tipped waste contact us
If you notice fly-posting in your area and it is spoiling or obscuring street signs or buildings you should contact us
If you see graffiti in Torfaen, please let us know so that we can make arrangements to remove it
We are responsible for the cutting of grass on Council owned land which includes parks and open spaces
The simple message is 'bin it'. If you drop litter you could get fined. The law allows us to give on the spot fines of £75 to anyone we see dropping litter

If you see an incident of spillage on the highway - this could include oil, gravel, sand or dropped cargo, please report this to us as soon as possible
