How do I make a building regulations application?

There are several ways to make a Building Regulations Application:

• Online - You can submit a building regulations application on the Planning Portal
• Email - You will need to download the appropriate forms and provide one copy of the application and all supporting documents. The completed applications can be emailed to buildingcontrol@torfaen.gov.uk
• Post - You will need to download the appropriate forms and provide one copy of the application and all supporting documents. The completed applications can be posted to: Building Control, Ty Blaen Torfaen, Panteg Way, New Inn, Pontypool, NP4 0LS.
• Telephone - Please call 01633 647300 and we can complete the application for you. You may still need to email, post or drop in all supporting documents using the details above.

You can make use of our dedicated workstation at our offices at Ty Blaen Torfaen, Panteg Way, New Inn, Pontypool, NP4 0LS between 8:30-17:00 Monday to Thursday and 8:30-16:30 Friday.

Important Note: Applications submitted by post or email will take longer to review than online applications.
