Ty Blaen office to close for public payments

The council’s Ty Blaen office in New Inn is to become an operational site only from Monday 12 February.

It means members of the public will no longer be able to visit the office to make payments or book appointments.

Payments can be made online through our secure online portal or in person at Civic Centre in Pontypool on Mondays and Wednesdays between 9am – 1pm, and 1.30pm - 4.30pm.
