Learn the various techniques of cake decorating, including, covering a cake with fondant to achieve a professional finish and covering a cake with buttercream ombre design. Use these skills to decorate small and large cakes for different occasions eg: Halloween, Christmas.
Learn to make simple fondant flowers.
