Our Dietitian’s Choice

A deliciously warming and colourful plant-based dish, our Sweet Potato & Spinach Curry is packed with flavour and nutritional goodness. Sweet potato brings natural sweetness along with fibre and vitamins, while spinach adds vibrant colour and valuable nutrients, including iron, making every serving as nourishing as it is tasty.

Gently spiced to appeal to a wide range of pupils, this wholesome curry is served with our popular savoury rice - a nutritious blend of white and wholemeal rice containing a full portion of vegetables. Together, they provide fibre and slow-release carbohydrates to help keep pupils energised, satisfied and ready for an afternoon of learning.

Served with freshly cooked broccoli for an extra boost of vegetable goodness, this colourful meal contributes significantly towards pupils' 5-a-day while delivering a balanced combination of vitamins, minerals and energy.

A vibrant, nutritious favourite that proves plant-based meals can be both delicious and satisfying.
