There will be no phone service available to the Service Desk from 8am to 5pm on Thursday 25th April 2024.
You can still contact the Service Desk via the Halo Self Service portal

Should any call be deemed business critical and require urgent ICT attention you will need to contact your digital champion who will be able to escalate this on your behalf. Calls should only be escalated if the issue is affecting a number of users and they are unable to complete any work as a result of this issue.
